Bowspring Flow 2

This class will focus deeply on alignment and foundation to advance your practice and learn more complex poses, arm balances, headstand and handstand! Bowspring is an alternative movement and postural modality, which can be applied to yoga, dance, athletics, or to any dynamic posture — sitting, standing, and walking. This class is for students who have taken a minimum of 10 Bowspring or flow classes. It is an intermediate level class that is held in the moon room for smaller class size and more individual attention from the instructor.
