Airlie Ogden

Airlie discovered yoga in 2007 while exploring Shanghai. Despite the language barrier, at the end of her first class she understood that she’d found the path that she wanted to travel. After four years of varied yoga exploration and study she made her way back home and to the Moksha Yoga studio in Charlottetown where she fell in love with the sequence, the heat and, most of all, the community. Since completing her Level 1 training in Montreal 2011 she’s taught on both Canadian coasts, has completed the Moksha/Modo Flow training, a Professional Yoga Therapy certification with Integrative Yoga Therapy, and, after three years of study at the California College of Ayurveda, has become a certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner. Besides teaching at MYV, she also works as the Studio Support Manager for Moksha Yoga International where she gets to support 80+ Moksha and Modo Yoga studios, more than 100 studio owners, as well as any teacher who applies to open their own studio.

Born and raised in Charlottetown, PEI, she now lives here in Victoria with her husband, and their puppy and two kitties.

Besides yoga, Airlie loves: flip flops, full moons, handstands, her family, music, belly laughs, the smell of damp earth, coffee, books, the ocean, cozy socks, red wine, songbirds, sunrises, learning, cinnamon, goat cheese, deep breaths, donkeys, her peeps, challenges, languages, silence…
