I began my practice at Moksha Saskatoon in August 2012. What started as a flirtation turned into a love during the Moksha Montreal 2014 teacher training.

Practice time on my mat has resulted in positive change off my mat. I have found more freedom in my body as well as developed more patience and kindness for myself and the world around me.

I intend to guide a class that is balanced in structure and playfulness. I like to challenge depth and explore how the breath can move us.

As a certified Reflexology, I love to learn about the intersections of yoga and other healing modalities.
