21 Day Challenge

Challenges are what make life interesting. Overcoming them is what makes life meaningful. Kick-start your spring routine with our 21 day on-the-mat yoga challenge. Mark your progress on the chart and celebrate at the mid-way point with a special class with Amy.

At the end of the challenge, on March 10th, we will celebrate with a special Kirtan Class.
