In this 2 hour workshop we will explore the power of using mudras in yoga asana and meditation practice. We will look at how mantras are used in keeping single-focused concentration and how to develop your own mantra. We will end with the application of mudras and mantras in meditation.
You will leave feeling more comfortable with the use of mudras and mantras in your daily practice. In addition, you will be given a resource of mudras and useful mantras for every day practice.
