Chantel1 You live with yourself for whatever amount of years you've been on this earth and you think you have some idea of who you are. Then you come to this training and it's like there's this whole other brand new person that's been waiting to show itself at the perfect moment. Peace isn't easy to find or hold on to. However, once you've had a taste of it there's no going back, you're on a constant search for how to achieve and maintain it.   • Bowspring Flow

    Accessible but challenging, clear and precise instructed class.

  • Bowspring Flow 2

    It is an intermediate level class that is held in the moon room for smaller class size and more individual attention from the instructor.

    A reduced-fee Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training.

  • Flow to Fly

    This smaller class setting combines dynamic Vinyasa Flow with arm balances and inversions.

    Smooth, yet challenging varied hot yoga sequence.

    A reduced-fee Moksha/Modo class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.
